You should be playing Wollfe over Rex as Wolffe's tactic and identity effect the crosshair primary while Rex only effects the Galactic Republic Tag

I agree with that. But if they had Obi instead of Hunter, Rex would be good. Rex isn't terrible in this team but Wolffe might just squeeze it out in this list
