Ive played this team before so I have a feeling they chose Gideon because they want to play all the spy, so they played ISB. But then they didn't want to play Thrawn because of the force, and maybe they didnt choose either Vaders because of the lack movement. So they chose Gideon maybe? Idk, but that's what my logic would be for choosing Gideon.
