Test team I ran.
Notes:
No new notes about Grievous-Vader, still works phenomenally. Loved how mobile Vader's unique power makes Grievous when he's in his Warlord stance.
Full battle droid list: My first time putting a fully synergistic list on the field (minus Vader) and it made me see the differences. My characters were usually starting much farther up the battle field, making them more effective earlier. Kalani's extra attack die didn't feel very impactful, except on the Magnaguard, who could pretty easily translate that into another crit. With Kalani, the Magnaguard can pretty reliably hunt Primary characters.
One thing I like about the B1s or B2s under Grievous is that they can deploy in a way that controls two of the objectives; I need to check if this can be done with the Magnaguard under Grievous.
The B1s need to target supporting units, or secondary units almost exclusively. I've had too many attacks into primary units that ended with the B1s taking more damage than their target.
I did a good job protecting Kalani and Kraken, so their defensive weakness never came up. If I can keep them protected, Kalani will be a lot better compared to Kraken.
